Tom's was infamous in West Lafayette for the entire decade of the 90's.  Whether you went there to pre-game, hit the dance floor, down penny beers, listen to some legendary live music, hit the rooftop bar, or...all of the above...you were in for a good time that you may, or may not entirely remember because this was a time before cell phones and social media.
